Our Background:

Deb Allen – Interior Designer, Allied Member ASID, IFDA, NEWH

Debra Allen

My career spans interior design, custom home building and marketing. As Lead Designer for New Legacy Building & Design, I provided comprehensive interior design services for the company’s custom home division. Working on every aspect of the building process, literally from the ground up, selecting all finishes and materials was a rewarding experience.

Whether it is working with the architect to determine an exterior color palette, lighting and roofing selections or working with contractors to determine plumbing fixtures, tile backsplash designs, cabinetry or flooring options, I enjoy coordinating the efforts that produces a stylish result that is on time and within budget. Adding the “finishing touches” is my specialty… transforming your environment into a home that fits your personal style with accessories, paint, furniture, custom bedding, and window treatments.

My formal education includes an Associate Degree in Interior Design as well as a Bachelor Degree in Marketing. I am an allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers and am a member of International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA), and  NEWH.

Janet Jackson

My career includes management positions with prestigious homebuilders Pulte Homes and Shea Homes-Trilogy. With 15 years in the home building industry, my diverse experience includes Design, Sales, and Customer Relations.

I think my success in the home staging field results from my extensive experience in marketing master planned communities and my many years in the related fields of real estate and interior design. My varied design experiences, from working with notable land developers to working in a boutique design studio, has allowed me to oversee design projects both large and small. From a complete remodel of a Paradise Valley estate on Camelback Mountain to a simple update of a small powder room, I understand the importance of attending to every detail.

In addition to an Associate Degree in Interior Design, I am a member of both the American Society of Interior Design as well as a member of International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA), NEWH and the National Staging Association.
